Order tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business
days of ordering, please contact us.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside Canada, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the
customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an
address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address,
additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
